THE WHEEL TAX.
(To the Editor of the Times.) Sir, —Are we really drifting back to the dark ages ? The County Council must surely be in a very bad way when it resorts" to a wheel tax to supplement its revenue. The < ouncil must surely' be taking leave of its senses. —I am etc.,
