Brisbane, May 4. Mr Justice Saul, on the ground that he himself is a ratepayer, refused to hear Bradford’s application for an injunction against the Municipal Council. All the other available judges are ratepayers, consequently the case has been postponed indefinitely.
Adelaide, May 4. The State revenue for nine months has increased .£91,000. The expenditure increased TBI,OOO, compared with the same period of last year.
