ALLEGED BREACH OF PROMISE.
ij CLAIM £2OOO. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Napier, last night. A writ, for alleged breach of promise of marriage' has been issued at the instance of Elizabeth Clark, of Karamu, against T. C. L. Holroyd, of Hastings, the claim being for £2OOO. Seduction is alleged. The case will probably be heard at the sitting of the Supreme Court, which commences on the 28th inst. Mr T. M. Wilford, of Wellington, is counsel for the plaintiff.
