A special meeting of the Gisborne Tent No. 54,1.0. R., S.U., was held in the Tent room last evening, there being a good attendance of members. Bro. M. G. Nasmith, jun., C.R., presided. The chief business was the passing of bye-laws for the government of the Tent. A lot of routine bnsiness was also transacted.
