OPPOSED BP RADICALS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, May 10. ’ In the House of Commons the King’s civil list was carried by 307 votes to 58. Excepting Messrs Labouchere, John Burns, and Keir Hardie and six other Radicals, the minority was entirely composed of Nationalists.
