Christchurch, last night. At the Supreme Court to-day, in the caso of Halls and wife v. Walker, in which £125 damages were sought for alleged indecent assault on Mrs Halls, plaintiffs were non-suited, and costs to defendant wero ''Allowed on the lowest scale.
