DR. PARKER’S MOTION. By Telegraph. Press Association, Copyright London, Juno 3. Dr. Parker intends to move at the Manchester meeting of the Congregational Union in October that the time has arrived for the Union of England and Wales to develop into a United Congregational Church. The Scottish and Irish Unions will also be represented at the Manchester meeting.
