[by TELEGRAPH- —PIIESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, last night. The liquidators of the lvaitangata Railway and Coal Company have decided to ask the shareholders to return a proportion of the profit made by tho sale to tho present Company to meet the judgment given in the Supreme Court.
