CARNEGIE’S GIFT.
AN AID TO SCOTCH STUDENTS.
By Tolegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Juno 8. Carnegie’s gift will bo immediately operative for the benefit of qualified and deserving students of Scottish birth or extraction. It assists toward tho paymont of their fees, and in seloct cases provides their own support. The Governing Committee will have a wide discretion to dcoido the payment of the wholo or part fees or an extension of assistance.
