Now York, June 12. With a view of silencing rumors prejudicial to State affairs, President McKinley emphatically declares that ho will not accept an offer of candidature for a third term as President. His sole ambi-' tion is, he states, to servo a second term acceptably. Mrs McKinley is now out of danger.
