FIVE HUNDRED PEOPLE DROWNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, Juno 24. A dam burst at Pocahontas, Virginia, in tho middle of tho night, devastating a space of 25 miles through Working, Elkthorno, Vivian, Keystone, and othor towns. It is estimated that fivo hundred persons were drowned.
