The Mad Mullah, failing to capturo tho British zaroba at Somala, retreated to Welahcd, where ho encountered tho main British force by chance. Tho Fourth Camel Corps and Infantry attached routed and pursued him during the night through tho mountains, killing one hundred of tho Mullah’s followers. The British had two killed and fivo wounded.
