By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, June 27. Mr Foster, Unionist, has been elected for Stratford-on-Avon division of Warwickshire, by a majority of 1778, replacing Colonel Milward, deceased. Pro-Boer views of tho Radical candidate largely contributed to his defeat.
