A FIGHT
MAN SLASHED AT WITH A KNIFE. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Invercargill, last night. On Saturday night, at the Bluff, Vincenzo, carpenter of the Indium, and Carl Swanson, seaman on the same vessel, fell out iu a shop in tho township over the hiding of Vincenzo’s hat, and in the scuffle Vincenzo slashed Swanson abc* the head and faco with a knife. Vincenzo will bo brought before the Court tomorrow.
