By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, iast night. The annual report of the Hawke s Bay Jockey Club shows that the stakes paid away'last season increased by £1587, compared with the previous year. The Club have surplus assets over liabilities of £1420. Subsequent to the annual meeting the committee drew up the programme for the present season, increasing the stake money by an additional £425. *
