FAREWELL TO TIIE CAPE,

Capetown, Aug. 24. A letter to Sir Holy Hutchison, bidding farewell to tho Cape, says that the Royal visitors were touched and gratified with the warm enthusiasm shown. They expressed a hope that peace would soon bo restored, and that a spirit of mutual forbearance and reconciliation would be infused into the hearts of the people.
