EMPLOYERS’ LIABILITY.
£93 AWARDED TO A DRIVER
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. In the Supreme Court to-day a case was heard in which John Greigory sued his employer, Peter McCardle, for damages on account oi injuries received through an accident caused when driving an allegedly jibbing horse, owned by defendant. The jury awarded plaintiff -£9d 12s. Stay of execution was granted for fourteen days.
