France and Turkey.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, Sept. 5. It is reported in Paris that France intends to seize the Turkish portion of the Sporades Islands if Turkey remains obdurate in connection with tire Constantinople quays trouble.
Berlin, Sept. 5. The Kaiser has recommended the Sultan to arrange tho difficulty with France at the earliest moment.
