Jaffer’s Banishment.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Rome, Sept. 5. King Milan has authorised ,the banishment of an Anarchist named Jailer, alleged to be'an accomplice of Bresci, tho murderer of King Humbert. Thcro was no direct evidence to connect him with the plot. Jaffer intends to settle down in America.
