Recruiting Kanakas.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Alelbourne, Sept. 22, It is understood that tho Kanaka Bill will abolish licenses for recruiting, while the agreement with Kanakas at present employed in Queensland will bo validated. These agreements may bo renewed for a further term, to be fixed by tho Bill, after which they will bo absolutely determined. Black labor will cease, and Kanakas will lie returned to tho islands.
