LABOR LEGISLATION.
MR SEDDON SANGUINE AS TO ITS RESULTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, last night. In the course of a discussion on the Conciliation and Arbitration Bill, Mr Seddon said he was certain that the legislation of tho Government on this subject would stand tho test of depression. It had proved beneficial to both employers and employed. As Minister for Labor, he declared that although our legislation was not perfect, wo had to a great extent gone a long way to solve the problem which had troubled the civilised world.
