Commenting on a letter from Mr Reeves (Agent-General for New Zealand) on the New Zealand payment forFitchett’s paper, the Times describes the supplement of the Review of Reviews as a general historical sketch, and says its opponents were hardly fair in alleging that it was laudatory of Mr Seddon’s administration.
