FATAL ACCIDENT.
[Bv Telegraph—Press Association.) Nelson, last night. A young man named Charles Ldmonds was ‘killed at Motupipi this afternoon, lie was chopping down a small tree, when the axe slipped and cut his thigh. He bled to death in a few minutes. Ho was a member of the Takaka Mounted hides.
