Rascals Punished.

London, Nov. 5. At the Old Bailey, John Henry Coram, J.P., of Pembroke, an army contractor, and Charles E. Davies, a corporal of the Army Service Corps, wero sentenced to eighteen months’ imprisonment for defrauding the Government.
