CAPTAIN OF THE CLONCURRY BLAMED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Nov, 12. The Marine Court found that the Clon-ourry-Boveric collision was due to the default of the master of the Cloncurry, who'bas been called on to show cause why hie certificate should not be suspended!
