The Post Office authorities deny that they contemplate using tho 'Frisco route for Australian mails, but state that they would gladly adopt it if offered an advantage of time. Sydney, Nov. 14. In reference to yesterday’s cable message, the agents of tho Oceanic Company explains that it refers to the New Zealand mails, which they claim can be delivered at least five days earlier than via the Suez route. Representations wero made, as it was understood the Imperial Postmaster had been forwarding a considerable quantity of New Zealand mails via Suez.
