CONFERENCE AS TO RELIEF OF DISTRESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, Nov. 15. The Government and leading business men of Saxony held a conference at Halle respecting the great distress existent in the Kingdom. The Government are optimistic, while business men considered the crisis very serious, necessitating special help to the people.
