THE WAR NO NURSERY GAME. By Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright Berlin, Dec. 7. German newspapers aro sneering at Mr Chamberlain and Lord Salisbury. They declare that the disinclination of Australia to send moro troops shows that England finds the colonies a broken reed. The Vossiche Zeitung says that the colonial military ardor vanished when it became evident that the war was no nursery game.
