Tho following are the latest quotations for bank shares : New South Wales, .-43, Union, £39 10s; Bank of New Zealand, £5 10s; others arc unchanged; Loan ana Mercantile, £B4. The British revenue for the quartei , ended December was £34,991,000, customs’ contributing £9,847,000, excise £11,513,000 and stamps £2,020,000.
