CASE OF ARSON.
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] New Plymouth, last night. An inquiry into the fire at the late Major Brown’s property on December 22 took place to-day, lasting all day. Finally the jury returned a verdict that the fire was caused wilfully by some person or persons unknown.
