By Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright Sydney, Feb. 1. The troopships Manchester, Merchant, and St. Andrew have arrived. The Custodian and Antillian are expected in a few days. They will convey the Commonwealth contingent to the Cape. The Anti-war League forwarded their petition to the Political Labor Conference, requesting them to sign it, but the Conference by one vote declined.
