WARSHIPS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Christchurch, last night. Tho warships Royal Arthur, Ringarooma, and Mildura arrived from Akaroa this afternoon. The Phoebe is already in harbor. The vessels will remain at Lyttelton till Saturday. HOTELS. At the Christchurch Licensing Committee’s meeting an extension of the time in which re-building must be commenced was granted in regard to three hotels out of ten recently condemned.
