AUCKLAND, last night. There was the usual routine in the camp at Te Papapa this morning. In the afternoon pay parade was held, and the men received their first, instalment ol pay since going into camp. Acting Sergeant.-Maior Hemp lias been appointed acting regimental sergeantmajor, and Sergeant Hewitt has been appointed to the vacancy thus caused. Sergeant Hunter has been appointed acting sergeant-major to No. 1 squadron, and Trooper Murdock las been appointed acting corporal.
