Tbo Union S.S. Company’s To Anau arrived from Auckland at a quarter past two yesterday afternoon, and loft for the South during tho evening. Passengers : Inward : Misses Palmer, Field, Quinn ; Mrs Harata and 2 children ; Messrs Williamson, Goldsmith, Marchell, Nightgale, Brown, Faulkner, Hall, Thorpe, Pakaua, and Tautuki. Outward : Airs Lascelles and infant ; Aliss Stevenson ; Alessrs Oliver, Bennie, Griffin, AlcPhee, Haworth, Pritchard, Walker, Peach, Campbell, Lascelles, Campbell and son, Conolly, and Sergeaiit-Alajor Porter. The Ovalau takes up the Taviuni’s running in the Fiji trade, the Taviuni taking tho Ovalau’s place in the RaratongaTahili trade. The schooner Aotea was at Awanui when the Te Anau passed that place yesterday. The s.s. Aloura leaves Wellington at 5 p.m. to-day for Napier and Gisborne. The s.s. Alararoa leaves Auckland at 2 p.m. to morrow for Gisborne. The schooner Awanui (Captain J. Nicolas) will leave Auckland for Gisborne on or about the 13th inst. UNION STEAAISHIP COMPANY'S AIOVEMENTS. Wednesday.— Omapere arrives from Westport and Wellington early, and leaves for East Coast and Auckland. First launch 6 a.m.; last 5 p.m. Wednesday.—Aloura arrives from the South early, and leaves for Auckland. First launch G a.m., last 8 a.m. Alararoa arrives from Auckland and Sydney about noon, and leaves for South. First launch on arrival and last at 7 p.m. Sunday, 16th. —Aloura arrives from Auckland during the afternoon, and leaves for South. First launch on arrival, last 5 p.m.
