Premier Testimonial.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Westport, last night. At a meeting of citizens to-night, Mr Scanlon, the Mayor, presiding, it was decided to co-operate with other centres in organising a colonial testimonial to the Right Hon. the Premier, and a strong committee was constituted to obtain subscriptions and signatures.
