WAIAPU SHEEP-DOG TRIAL CLUB.

The annual meeting of the members of ihe club was held last night, and was largely attended, among the members present being Messrs K. S. Williams, A. P. Williams, Oates (secretary). Wickstead (2), Davis, Mclntosh, Evans, Wallis, Fitzgerald, D. Duff, \V. Duff, A. Wai burton, Warner, Walworth, Hindmarsh, Cottrell, and Beckett,

The report was highly satisfactory. It was decided to hold the next trial the first week before Good Fridav of 1903.

Mr A. B. Williams was elected' president, the other officers being the same as last year. Special mention was made of the services of Mr W. Oates, secretary and treasurer, and of the timekeeper, Mr B. R. Murphy.
