The Appeal Court, having considered Mr Rees’ application for travelling expenses in the case of Mere Roihi v. the Glasgow Bank Assets Company, intimated this morning that it could hot grant them, a 3 it was not absolutely necessary for his personal attendance, and be could have appointed an agent.
