[By Telegrapn—Press Association.] Palmerston North, last night. The Polo Tournament was brought to a close to-day, with races and sports, which were held in fine weather. The results were : Polo Cup : Keillor’s Imp, 12.4, H. Wilson, 1 ; Stevens’ Pawuahi, 12.4, 2, Thirteen started. Polo Hurdles : W. McKenzie’s Bonfire, 11.6, 1; Stevens’ Pawaahi, 12.4, 2. Bending Competition : A. Strang 1, Coraine 2. Polo Ball Race : W. Shannon’s Waituna 1. Ladies’ Bracelet : Miss Sunderland’s Sunbeam 1, Mrs O. Nolson’s Dinah 2. Potato Race: J. R. Murphy’s Barbara 1. Slow Race : H. G. Moore 1. Whistling Race: Mrs N. Wilson’s Jimmy 1, Miss McLean’s Free Hit, M, Murphy, 2. Tandem Race : Gresen 1, N. Wilson 2. Cigar and Umbrella Race: K. Stevens’ Ned 1.
