City Handicap : Warrior 1, peliqqier 2, Acetine 3. Betting, sto 3 on Acetine, 7 to 1 against Warrior, Won by three lengths. Time, 2.37. Easter Stakes: Brakpan 1, Suivre 2, Ceres 3. Betting, 2tol on Brakpan, 3to j 1 against Suivre. Won by a head, after an excitiDg finish, Time, 1.29 2-5. Cumberland Stakes : Sir Leonard 1, Blue Metal 2, La Carabine 3. Betting : 6 to 4 against La Carabine, 3to 1 Blue Metal, 5 to 1 Sir Leonard. Blue Metal led into the straight, when La Carabine went wide. Sir Leonard slipped up on the inside, beat Blue Metal, and won by a length. Time, 3.34^. Welter Handicap : Airmotor 1, Glenore 2, Vanity Fair 3. Betting : 8 to 1 Airmotor. Woo by a length.
