THE CORNWALL FAMILY.

This clever Family made their reappearance in Gisborne at the Theatre Boyal last night. The wintry weather of course affected the attendance, but thero was no lack of enthusiasm, there being in several instances triple encores. Tho “Spanish Band” and the bells were favor with musical people, while the dancing by Miss Gladys and Master Cornwall and the comicalities by Mr Fawcett Bowe proved very popular. A special feature of tho singing was the fine tonor voico of Mr Cornwall. For the youngor people the on I wonit Dlav in your yard ” and “ The Dear Old Toys,” action songs by Miss Gladys and Mastor Cornwall, were a treat. Miss Cornwall was givon a very < snthusiastic ovation on going to tho sloigh bells, and there was also a most enthusiastic encore. All tho other items were encored. The entertainment concluded with a laughable sketch entitled » Their First Quarrel, in which Mr Fawcett Bowe gives an object lesson in tho matter of temperance. The Family conclude their Gisborne season tonight, an entire change of programme being promised. ■ .
