CAPTAIN ARTHUR
AT THE KING’S LEVEE. | Special to Times. | Auckland, last night. Captain Beckham Arthur, of Gisborne, late of the Fourth New Zealand Rifles Regiment, was, according to a local correspondent, presented to His Majesty the King by the Adjutant-General at a levee at St. James’ Palace.
