London, April 17. ' The Antwerp wool sales have opened, but are not animated. Buyers are numerous. Out of 1884 bales of La Plata offered, 930 were sold, holders asking higher rates. Prices show an advance of five centimes on pieces, lambs, and merino wools, and ten to fifteen centimes on crossbreds, compared with the January sales. The Australian wools were withdrawn.
