CHINESE REBELLION.

Reuter’s Agency states that the Kiwangtu rebels hold thirty towns. They arc armed with mausers. They declare that the revolt is intended to overthrow the Manchu dynasty, and to establish a Chinese emperor over the provinces of Kwanghi, Kweisan, Kangtung, and one residing at Can .on. The rebels are not molesting Westerners.
