Williams was installed Grand Master of the New Zealand Constitution, and the following officers elected and installed : Deputy Grand Master, R.W. Bro. W. Smith, Invercargill ; Grand Superintendents : Auckland, R. W. M. McLean ; Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne, J. W. McDougall ; Wellington, G. Wilson ; Canterbury, F. C. Binns ; Otago, J. M. Brown ; West Coast, H. L. Michel ; Nelson and Marlborough, C. J. W. Griffiths. Grand Wardens : Senior, O. Nicholson ; junior, E. E. Chambers ; Grand Stewards, Bros. Blennerhassett, Stracban, McLennan, Dale, Hardy, Heriman, Moller, Duncan, Groom, Scott, and Colligan. Presentations of a jewel and regalia were made respectively to Bro Wetherilt, late of Otago, nod P. G. Mi Eussell, of Auckland,
