(Before His Honor Mr Justice Edwards. The hearing of the Waingar'omia cas was resumed at tho Supreme Court yes tcrday morning, the plaintiff's case bein finished shortly before the luncheon a< journment. ‘Mr Bell raised a number i nonsuit points, urging that the'Gou bould not go' behind -the seaied'order the Native Land Court; that'the defeni ants were protected by the land tiansf title; that the parties were barred by t statute of limitations, and that the plai tiffs had stood by and acquiesced wh the defendants were spending money the land. Qn the suggestion of His Hoi all ujattors of law are to be remoyed ii fhe 'Appeal Court 'tor argument. 1 pvidence for tho defence was commem in the afternoon, and shortly before 5 Court was adjourned until 10 this mo ing.
