A BOYAL COMMISSION. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyrighi London, June 13. In the House of Commons, Mr Brodrick stated that a small Boyal Commission would be appointed to make a general inquiry into the conduct of the war. It would bo impossible to make special inquiry in regard to army contracts simultaneously.
