His speech will contain con gratulations on peace and the King’s recovery, urge the necessity of strict economy, and mention that farmers with capital coming from other states is a proof of the progress of the farming industry. The new legislation will include Bills on the reduction of salaries of civil servants, Ministers, and Diembers of Parliament from the first of the present month to September, 1904, and the opening up of deep mining levels.
