DRUIDS’ SOCIAL.

A MOST SUCCESSFUL GATHERING

The annual social gathering held by the Turaugauui Lodge of Druids is always looked forward to as one of the most pleasant functions of the year, and that held last evening in the Theatre Royal was no exception to the rule. Little, W. Ardern, P. 0. Grooves, J. Dower, D. McKenzie, F. Newoy, G. Edwards, D. C. Hawkins, J. C. Griffen, A. Wade, P. Maher, 11, J. Haycock, C. Henderson, Stevenson, F. Goldsmith, H. Burns, C. Neenan, J. Thomson, H. Craill, K. McKenzie, 11. Lougher, F. Ferguson, F. Harris, T. G. Lawless, J. H. Franklin, T. Rouse, and M. Craig. A word of praise is duo to the Secretary, Mr J. Eaton, for the manner in which ho performed the duties of that office, and the great success of the social was in no small measure due to his efforts. Dancing was continued until an early hour this morning,
