ANTHRAX SCARE.
ME GILRUTH S OPINION. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Auckland, last night. In connection with tho sudden death of two horses at Opaki recently, Mr Gilruth, Government Veterinarian, as a result of an examination mado, states that although tho symptoms resembled anthrax, no such organisms couldbo found, a verdict which was borne out by the fact that tho third horso recovered.
