ViscountHayashi.tbe Japaneso Minister in London, informed a correspondent of tho Standard that the sending of a Japaneso squadron to tho roviow was not merely an net of the Japaneso Government but evon more an act of tho people, who insisted on paying every honor to the King. Viscount Hayashi added that tho visit of Prince Akihito Komotuso, Japancso onvoy at tho Coronation, marked the character of tho allianco of Great Britain and Japan. ___________
